How can it help my company?

How can I customize the program?

One of the greatest features of our system is that we can easily make customizations within our framework. There are quite a few ways you can custom-tailor the application for your company.

You can:

Add custom fields to your main work order screen.
Add fields that are relevant to your business.
For example, if you run a consulting company you may want to add fields like 'serial number' or 'operating system'. If you have a home care company you might add fields like 'blood pressure' or 'pulse'.
Add additional custom fields to your main customer profile.
Create any number of custom screens for prospects, customers, staff, vendors, and work orders.
Add any number of (text, numeric, date, yes/no, memo and lookups) fields to those screens.
Create customized Work Orders/Invoices. Perhaps you would like us to use your logo?
Create any number of customized reports.
Interface the program with your public website. If you would like customers to view schedules or perhaps enter work orders.
As an example: Suppose you are a building management company. You can have tenants create ticket orders from your website that would flow into the system.

What if I want to import my customer list into the system?

If you can provide us with a an ASCII, Access, or Excel list, we can import them for you. There is an additional fee for data importing.

What if I only want my employees to view schedules and update job information?

There is a limited version of the system that can be made available for all your staff. Each staff member can only update their jobs and view their schedules. We also have a palm option to give field staff so, they can download and collect signatures for work orders.

Is the software expensive?

No. Existing DOS and Windows programs require a copy of the software on each computer. Web-based software means that there is no software to load and install on each workstation. That results in a huge cost savings for maintaining and upgrading your system. No need to purchase the software or even a file server. Just sign up for a subscription. What do I need to run the software?

You need an Internet connection and a browser. The browser should be Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Javascript and cookies should be enabled.

What about upgrades and new features?

We are constantly trying to improve our software. All upgrades and enhancements will be posted on the system. We welcome your suggestions. If you have an idea or would like to see something added please email us.

What levels of security does the software have?

The system several levels of security: Administrator, Read/Write+, Read/Write, Read Only, Restrict by Day/Time, We also offer 128-bit SSL encryption.

We offer training via the phone. While you're sitting at your home or office we conduct one-on-one training by stepping through the program via phone and gotomeeting.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by sending an email to info@bitochon.com. You will still be responsible for any surcharge/usage fee's that you have incurred.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

You have seven days into your next month's billing cycle to cancel for that month. After seven days you will be billed for that month. You will still be responsible for any surcharge/usage fee's that you have incurred during that time.

Why is it that the program does not show complex graphical screens?

Our screens are designed without complex screens and graphics because:

Faster performance over the web and future wireless devices.
