How can it help my company?

How can I customize the program?

What if I want to import my customer list into the system?

If you can provide us with a an ASCII, Access, or Excel list, we can import them for you. There is an additional fee for data importing.

What if I only want my employees to view schedules and update job information?

There is a limited version of the system that can be made available for all your staff. Each staff member can only update their jobs and view their schedules. We also have a palm option to give field staff so, they can download and collect signatures for work orders.

Is the software expensive?

No. Existing DOS and Windows programs require a copy of the software on each computer. Web-based software means that there is no software to load and install on each workstation. That results in a huge cost savings for maintaining and upgrading your system. No need to purchase the software or even a file server. Just sign up for a subscription. What do I need to run the software?

You need an Internet connection and a browser. The browser should be Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Javascript and cookies should be enabled.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by sending an email to info@bitochon.com. You will still be responsible for any surcharge/usage fee's that you have incurred.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

You have seven days into your next month's billing cycle to cancel for that month. After seven days you will be billed for that month. You will still be responsible for any surcharge/usage fee's that you have incurred during that time.
